Early Warning is reporting fraudulent information on my credit profile and refuses to block the information pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I submitted my identity theft report along with a police report to Early Warning on XXXX XXXX, 2015. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I was told that Early Warning will not comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 605B and will continuously report fraudulent information and cause harm to me in doing so. I was told via the telephone from a representative of Early Warning that XXXX XXXX XXXX " confirmed '' the information and will not allow them to block it despite it being fraudulent.
