Contacted me on XXXX/XXXX/14 via and did not inform me that it was an attempt to collect a debt with threats to garnish my wage. I have been making payments on a monthly basis since XXXX 2014 to current in a timely manner and they have not reported payment history to credit agencies. I have been charged interest in addition to the original debt owed. Since the year started I have been weekly letter from the company as a reminder to make payment by the XXXX of the month and just made a payment the week prior. My monthly payments have been paid in a timely manner via online account through the debt collector.
