I submitted a claim with the cfpb in XXXX ( case # XXXX related to case # XXXX ) where I asked ECMC in writing to cease all phone calls to me at both my work and my cell. Their response on the explanation of closure is " Nevertheless, ECMC has honored your request and placed your account into a do not call status. '' Yesterday XXXX/XXXX/15 at XXXX XXXX contacted me in an attempt to collect on this debt. Then she informed me that no automated computer or recording would ever be contacting me. Today XXXX/XXXX/15 at XXXX XXXX called me and it was a computer/automated call. Then again at XXXX this same day XXXX/XXXX/2015 another call to me was made from ECMC from XXXX. So they are not doing what they promised cfpb, nor me. This case is pending a hearing and I need EVERYTHING in writing either via email or letter. And I need them to cease the calls immediately.
