There are several issues : ( XXXX ) The creditor has reported Balance and Past Due on the account of {$1600.00} every month since XX/XX/XXXX, but it turns out the actual Balance and Past Due amounts were {$2600.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX
( XXXX XXXX The account was charged off in about XX/XX/XXXX, but duplicate charge off codes were reported every month ever since. The duplicate charge of status codes are the reason I was denied a student loan on XX/XX/XXXX ( account looks like it is very recently charged off ), and I believe this qualifies as credit report poisoning.
( XXXX ) I settled the account in full on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Pioneer, and they said " And you said you want a paid letter? ", " Okay, I can get it mailed out for you '', and " I 'm going to get it going, you will get it today, okay? '' ( by email ), but I never received the requested Settled-in-Full letter from Pioneer as promised. On XX/XX/XXXX, I have disputed the inaccurate information on my XXXX credit report, and on XX/XX/XXXX, Pioneer has reported all inaccurate information as verified. In particular, on XX/XX/XXXX, Pioneer reported the account as Charged Off ( correct status Settled-in-Full ), Balance Amount {$1600.00} ( old correct balance {$2600.00}, correct balance as of XX/XX/XXXX {$0.00} ), and Amount Past Due {$1600.00} ( old correct amount past due {$2600.00}, correct amount past due as of XX/XX/XXXX {$0.00} ). Thus, Pioneer has explicitly and intentionally provided false information on XX/XX/XXXX in response to my dispute.
( XXXX ) Furthermore, I believe that the account had been closed when it was charged off in about XX/XX/XXXX, but it continues to be reported as open.
