Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 22nd April 2015.
Received a call from company on XXXX immediately asked for written verification kept interrupting not wanting to send. Sent a certified letter that day XXXX requesting more info.and disputing. From XXXX until present day they keep calling. We talked to them on XXXX & they said they did n't receive the certified letter, receipt shows they received on XXXX. On XXXX I sent XXXX certified letter & tracking shows should be delivered on XXXX. I have copies of the letters disputing and requesting further written information and receipts to show it was certified. The rep did say she would cease contact but I do n't feel they should have contacted after XXXX until written information was received from them. They are calling work and home daily.
