Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 26th May 2015.
I am presently on XXXX and stationed at XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I came under XXXX to the state of XXXX. I then notified my apartment my non renewal of lease due for XX/XX/XXXX. I also call XXXX ( XXXX ) for cancellation of my utility, as i was moving my family from the state of XXXX to XXXX. Months later I began to receive collection letters, and harassing phone call from Virtuoso Sourcing group. A collection company based out from XXXX Colorado.
I in turn reached back to both XXXX and XXXX and turned in all backing documents to show fraudulent billing. I sent them my hotel bills showing me and my family stay pending the readiness of my lease. I also sent them my XXXX on reporting date to XXXX. All this have been proved abortive and I am still been harassed everyday. The worst situation I am confronted with is their constant negative report on my credit. I am confronted with a situation of fraudulent billing and destruction of my credit worthiness.
