I 'm a member of the credit union in XXXX NC. I went into my local branch this morning to get my taxes done and i was treated very wrongly by a lady named XXXX XXXX. She was very rude and unprofessional and i told her that i will be sending a complaint about her actions this morning, i had her to return my tax documents and i left the branch and this is my complaint and i want to know what is going to be done about it and how soon.
