This company has repeatedly called my cell phone and place of business. I have asked them to not call my work and to also send me in writing a letter about what they want. They refuse to give me any information unless I verify the last XXXX of my ss number. I have no idea who is on the phone and would like something in writing which they refuse to send. They continue to say that they are going to serve me with " notice '' and say that they will be by my house to which they never show up. They call everyday and I am so frustrated with them, if I owe a debt why do they refuse to send me anything in the mail and why do they not show up to serve me my legal documents when they say they are.
