Navient told me at XXXX point after i filed my bankruptcy that my balance was at a zero balance and discharged in bankruptcy and now they put it all back on and put it back into charge off this was a 2007 private loan and my federal loans have been approved for XXXX discharge and are now at a zero balance but the private loans will not approve me or let it go with my bankruptcy which i had to file XXXX and still no relief please help me
