I contacted CBC Collections to pay a debt and have these items removed from my credit report. I was told by XXXX that the company did not have the ability to remove items from the credit report. This statement is untrue. I was also not properly notified of this collection even though I had previous business relations with this company and they had my contact info. I learned of this collection when my report was pulled.
