TransUnion deleted my charge-off as requested by my creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX andmyself. But they also deleted my Line of Credit which they were not suppose to, nor did I asked them to, in XX/XX/XXXX. I was applying for a mortgage loan at that time. So I most definitely would not have askedthem to delete my Line of Credit. XXXX updates my account every month and TransUnion has not addedmy Line of Credit back on my credit report. Please contact XXXX XXXX Collection Manager at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX. She is eager to speak with CFPB to back up mycomplaint. TransUnion 's investigation of my dispute was completed without them contacting XXXX
XXXX. The whole purpose of filing the dispute was to let TransUnion know that my Line of Credit wasdeleted from my credit report. TransUnion response to my dispute was that my account does notcurrently appear on my TransUnion credit report. The whole purpose of filing the dispute was lettingTransUnion know the account was not on my credit report. I am asking CFPB to go over my documentsthat i am submitting. And to have TransUnion add my Line of Credit back on my credit report. So I canreapply for my mortgage loan. I am still making on time payments which I am getting NO credit for it. Iam submitting documents showing the following : Communciation regarding the Charge-Off, My InnovisCredit Report showing my Line of Credit is still being reported. Drafts from XXXX showing in XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/2014 and XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX is reporting my Line of Credit. TransUnion dispute and response fromTransUnion. Email showing TransUnion did not contact XXXX XXXX at XXXX regarding my dispute. Alsomy complaint, I file against Equifax with the CFPB regarding my Line of Credit being deleted. WhichXXXX has successfully added my Line of Credit back on my credit report. And lastly I have attached my current amount that Iowe on my Line of Credit. Thank you!
