Hi there, for the past 8 months I have tried to have a fraudulent account removed from my credit. The collection company is called Rash Curtis. Originally I have XXXX accounts on my credit from this company. I disputed the accounts and they were removed then all of a sudden a new account from the company was placed on my credit with a new account number and the account was said to have been in collection since XX/XX/XXXX even though it appeared on my credit in XX/XX/XXXX!!!
I have tried to contact the company 5 times by mail but my dispute remain unanswered but they apparently answer the credit bureau and have requested that the debt stay on my credit!!!
