On XXXX XXXX, 2014, a debt collector threatened to take my home if I did n't pay them the XXXX they claimed I owed them. I did not owe that money asked for a breakdown of fees they refused to give me the explanation of their fees. They thought I was behind on my Home owners association fees but I paid them they refused my checks and returned them. This attorney firm located in XXXX XXXX was determined to auction my home I paid XXXX for in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX without warning to me or the mortgage lender, they auctioned off my home for XXXX when it is worth XXXX in current market. They left me with a XXXX mortgage that I am still responsible for. My lender is still paying the taxes and Insurance and charges all this to me every month.This firm is corrupt and has racketeering charges and convictions. They bribe as many people as they can and have taken over XXXX properties. We do not have XXXX for attorney fees to fight these cases. They take these homes and milk them for rents until the bank forecloses on me. They have taken the title out of my name and threatened to call the police if I step XXXX foot in my home.
I need help getting this property returned to me I do not have attorney money, I want your organization to look into this Alessi & Koenig and find out why all these courts are allowing this ...
