Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 13th April 2015.
I have sent XXXX certified letters to Rash Curtis and Associates to have a fraudulent collection account removed from my credit and they continue to ignore but they are apparently responding to the credit bureaus advising them that the account belongs to me- it does n't!!!
Originally they were reporting XXXX unknown accounts then they were removed and all of a sudden a new account appears with a different account number # XXXX
