Debt was paid through my insurance and the balance with my debit card. The original creditor did not inform me thst i had a balance because i used my insurance for medical visits..so now i have various collections for small amounts..dropping my score tremendously i paid the balance anyway..and assured me that they will not report it to the credit bureau..i was lied to and comoletely mislead..please help!!
