Wal-Mart / Synchrony Bank is reporting a XXXX balance chargeoff on my credit report when, in essence, the account was never paid late. Moreover, they have put the account {$280.00} over my initial credit limit of {$400.00} which is lunacy. Finally, the company STILL has not made me whole after CFPB found Synchrony Bank ( the owner of my account ) /GECRB to have illegally offered credit card protection products.

It should be noted that I currently have a TCPA complaint filed against XXXX XXXX XXXX, the current collection agency assigned to this account. This is still in litigation.
