Prime Acceptance Corp makes call after call all day long from multiple phone numbers! I own a business and it 's very disrupting while I 'm trying to talk to my customers! They harass my wife in the same manner and she works in the medical industry!? This harrasing disrupts her while trying to deal with patients! This is not border line harassment it 's full blown harassment!
Oh wait a minute! If this is not enough! If I do n't answer they call the people that you used for references and ask them where we are and are we going to pay our bill! BTW I HAVE WITNESSES!!!
I am going to talk to my attorney and see if I can file a lawsuit tomorrow! No more Mr nice guy here! We have been putting up with their unprofessional, harassing behavior long enough! I need someone that can stop their bullying tactics and shut them down!
Unfortunately some people respond to their harassing behavior like " We will reposess your car if it 's late 3 days if you do n't pay! HAPPENED TONIGHT! I do n't respond to threats! I told every person that I talked to today that I would make XXXX out of the XXXX payments! XXXX XXXX is a supervisor and she told me I 'd better change my attitude because she was the Collection supervisor and she would take our car off repo hold and start repossession action!
Our loan is 3 days into the XXXX payment!
We got behind because of the time of the year in our business and Ipaid {$2600.00} in the past 60 days and became current! I would think this should have shown our intentions and capabilities to these Harrassing Collection XXXX ...
