Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 9th April 2015.
I received phone calls approximately XXXX months ago about a delinquent payday loan. I never took out this payday loan and the money the company said was deposited in my checking account never was so the debt is completely false. Now I have Aargon Collection Agency out of XXXX XXXX, Nevada trying to collect this same debt and providing no debt verification even though I can prove through bank records that the payday loan was never applied for or received.
