I went to Carmax XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IN XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2014 to possibly trade in and purchase a car, I did not buy that day. I went back with a friend on XXXX XXXX, 2014 and decided to purchase. XXXX XXXX, 2014 I wet back and exchanged the car, already financed through XXXXSince then I have checked my credit and it was highly damaged from this purchase, Carmax went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX pulled my credit XXXX times on XXXX XXXX, 2014, XXXX times on XXXX XXXX, 2014 and XXXX more time on XXXX XXXX, 2014 when I exchanged the car. XXXX agreed to finance me right away and they only pulled my credit XXXX time.
Not only is this unethical and seriously damaging my credit, XXXX XXXX refuses to remove all these " hard '' inquiries. These are all listed separately not as XXXX, because of this it is counting as XXXX hard inquiries, destroying my credit.
