Complaint #1319800 submitted on 04/07/2015 relating to Harvard Collections, LLC. Complaint relates to Debt collection I do not know - Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt.
Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 7th April 2015.
In XXXX XX/XX/2015, I received an alert that a new entry had been made on my credit reports by XXXX XXXX for over {$7000.00}. When I viewed my report, it only said that the original creditor was XXXX XXXX, but no additional information. Through the credit reporting agencies, I asked to verify the information.
Additionally, I researched the company online and located several numbers that either had recordings ( I left messages ) or no answer. I located only XXXX email address and sent an email requesting a copy of the original bill. None ever was received and I had no contact from them.
In XXXX, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They received a response form XXXX XXXX saying that they would contact the original creditor for the bill and forward it to me. It has been over a month since then, and I 've received nothing.
To date, I still have no idea what this debt is, when it originated, nor who it is from.
