I disputed a transaction from a company and received a letter from my bank stating that the dispute was finalized and all provisional credits issued were finalized. Then I received an email from the bank stating a representative by the name of XXXX XXXX made a mistake and issued a letter when really not all the provisional credits were finalized, and instead they debited {$89.00} from my account as they said that dispute was not approved. This was an admitted bank error that I have proof in writing of - We should not be charged the {$89.00} and should be granted the credit of {$89.00} as that is what I have in writing.
