A collection agency located out of XXXX, XXXX, for XXXX XXXX, who refuses to send me documentation on a debt that I do n't owe, or any authorization showing that I enlisted services of this debt that they purchased. I live in XXXX and not in XXXX and I own a XXXX and not a XXXX. The continually call my phone even though I have asked for their exact address in XXXX and they refuse to give it to me. I trie to leave a message for XXXX XXXX ( their supervisor ) yet he refuses to give me their address so I can send a cease and desist letter. They have hung up on me several times when I specifically ask for their address and when I inform them I do n't owe this debt.
