OAC was contacted by XXXX Credit Reporting regarding a dispute I filed and indicated to XXXX that the debt was still active. OAC has placed a debt on my credit report in error and sent me a letter indicating their error. This debt was sent to OAC collections in error by XXXX XXXX XXXX. TransUnion will not remove this debt from my credit report because OAC provided the false statement that this debt is still active. I have attached the letter I received from OAC indicating their error and false statement indicating they have sent notification to the credit bureaus requesting they delete this item.
