Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 10th April 2015.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I received my credit report from XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Transunion opened a dispute I had with Accelerated Financial Solution aka/ AFS. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response from XXXX showing both accounts with AFS were verified, no change. Total amount supposedly owed on XXXX accounts totaling {$690.00} account # 's XXXX & XXXX.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted another dispute claim with XXXX stating again I had no knowledge of this debt and did not owe them any money. Furthermore, why would a business make XXXX separate loans at different times totaling {$690.00} when the XXXX loan was n't paid. I have no idea when these loans were initially opened. Also, I made a request to cease and desist any further collection action.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a response from XXXX which state the exact same comments from XXXX, verified, no change. Their correspondence dated XX/XX/XXXX.
I received XXXX collection letters from AFS dated XX/XX/XXXX in which there advised me of the debt and I had 30 days to dispute the debt. It also showed on their letters accounts were purchased from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Prior to their letters I had received no collection correspondence or phone calls from either business.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted AFS and spoke with a person named XXXX @ XXXX. I explained my contacts with XXXX and my dispute with his business. He seemed very unconcerned and kind of smart attitude. Told him I was going to sue for harassment infringing on my rights.
