Company is Asset Recovery Solutions , LLC. Contacted them about obtaining information about this loan as it appears to be in the hands of the XXXX or XXXX collection agency that has called about this loan. Another company has already seized my daughter 's tax return to repay this same loan. The staff was extremely rude, told me to just pay the loan, referred to me as a deadbeat. I had worked out a payment plan with XXXX previous company but they had slipped in terms that were not acceptable. This company is refusing to forward my papers so that I may review this loan. My daughter, whose loan this belongs to, contacted this company and they were rude to her, yelled at her and refused to forward any paperwork about this loan to her. Another company, XXXX XXXX has already started collections on this loan and has seized my daughter 's tax return.
