In XX/XX/XXXX I made a loan with HFC/Beneficial for the amount of {$13.00}. The rate of repayment was @ {$220.00} per month which latter in the loan around about XX/XX/XXXX the payment were reduced to XXXX per month. My account was sold to another company who has recently adjusted the amount that I owed to them after making a complaint to them that I had been overcharged.
