Credit card with citibank was issued without my application. Kept card. Have had multiple issues with unauthorized transactions since getting the card. card replaced multiple times. Credit card with citibank has had multiple instances of fraud on the account. I can longer access the account online. An XXXX call center staff member, whom I was directed to contact, could not access my account. Almost all of the activity on the card is fraudulent and I want the account closed right away.
