I am having personal difficulties with Citibank that I hope you may rectify. I have been a customer since XXXX XXXX with XXXX credit cards totaling approximately {$45000.00} in available credit. I use my Citibank credit card for all of my daily transactions. I had a breach of my card number in XXXX resulting in XXXX unauthorized transactions totaling {$4600.00}. I did not receive XXXX alert of potential fraud and I found out when I received my statement. I immediately called and had the card deactivated and initiated the claims. The card has always been in my possession. Unfortunately, the level of service that I have received has been extremely poor. I still have {$4000.00} unauthorized fees that have not been credited to my account and it has now been one month that I have been actively seeking a resolution. I have called and emailed from the web portal multiple times to at least receive provisional credit as the case is being worked and I have not received any assistance in resolving the total claim. I have only received a partial claim for transactions that happened after the statement. During multiple calls, I have discussed with various supervisors whose ID numbers I have notated, but each time I am told I will receive credit within XXXX7 days. This has not happened. On XXXX occasion, a supervisor was extremely rude to me and did not offer to assist in any way. He actually told me to stop calling. I have exhausted my attempts to resolve this matter and I am hoping that you may assist me in rectifying this situation. I have stopped using my Citicards for my daily transactions until my issue is resolved and I am in the processing of changing my auto payments conducted with these cards. I would like to mend our relationship and I thank you in advance for your assistance.
