Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 25th March 2015.
AWA is collecting a fraudulant debt. I disputed this with the credit bureaus and AWA responded leaving it on the file and sending me a copy of the " promissory note ''. The signature on the note is a clear forgery. I have attached a copy of this note along with a copy of my signature on a recent agreement.
They use a small " l '' in my last name..I ALWAYS write my name capitalizing the " L '' in XXXX XXXX. I print it this way and I sign it this way. The " R '' is completely different. I swirl the start of my " R '' You can see where they ran " XXXX '' together..I ALWAYS sign " XXXX XXXX '' I had called this company to see if I would qualify to cosign this note ... but I NEVER went in and signed any promissory note.
THIS IS FRAUD.
