Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 24th February 2016.
This is my third time reporting this company who has yet to reveal any information to me as to the detailed itemized charges. according to the fair credit reporting act this information must be disclosed to me prior to any reporting agency. I never recived any thing from this company. The federal law states that I must have been provided a detailed statement of the charges before reports are made in regards to my character. ( FCRA 606 ) I have spoke with experian in this regard. there claim was that the debt was verified. however the agency must procure procedures to assure accuracy of the information ( FCRA 607 b ). experian has failed to do this and refused to let me dispute the item saying i didnt have any new info.
