XXXX XXXX - I paid off my Sear card balance of {$700.00} XXXX XXXX - I buy supplies at XXXX to replace my kitchen sink {$120.00} XXXX XXXX - I make a payment of {$330.00} to payoff the supplies and kitchen sink purchased online XXXX XXXX - The XXXX 's charge for the sink is posted {$210.00} XXXX XXXX - My most recent payment is not posted. I am charged finance charges.
XXXX XXXX - I call Sears to see what has happened. Support is poor. They can not accept a pdf copy of my receipt and do n't answer the fax number they gave me for the fax copy. I call CFPB online to report shenanigans!
