I have a citicard and was under the impression I set up autopay, but I did not, so I resulted in a late payment fee of {$25.00}. I have been with this company for 5 years between another credit card with Citi and have never been late. I immediately paid the 5 days past due amount and set up auto-pay, and asked if they could waive the {$25.00} as a one time courtesy ( the only late payment I have ever received ) and they said NO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSY WITH CITI. I have been in the credit card industry for over 15 years, and ALL credit card companies have a one time courtesy adjustment policy, except for Citi apparently.
