On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I responded to a final notice from advocate health care by phone and talked to XXXX at XXXX and asked for a payment plan of XXXX month paid bi-weekly XXXX told me she would have to refer the matter to management and would call me back with an answer.I never received a call so i sent a XXXX payment via : money order # XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I called again on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and talked to XXXX at XXXX who said was sent a letter agreeing to payments of XXXX bi-weekly and informed me my account was sent to collections and could not be returned.I complained I was never called as promised or told to look for the decision in the mail. XXXX transferred me to XXXX where i spoke with XXXX who told me I made a payment on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and the account was sent to collections on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I informed her my money order dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX was mailed on the same day XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX informed me she would send a email to the in house self pay unit who would contact me in XXXX hours this was XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Today, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I received a letter from a collection agency dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX with a threat to seek judgement from me for the full balance not minus my XXXX payment. I went through my mail and found a payment arrangement letter from XXXX dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX that demands a minimum payment of XXXX not the XXXX bi-weekly payment i asked for.I still have not heard back from the " in house '' self pay department.
