Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 12th February 2016.
I was making payments to a medical imaging company and they still turned me over to collections. I told them I could make at least {$50.00} payments a month minimum and they refused it. They said they needed more and that I had to give them a credit card to charge. I was actually sending them more the {$50.00}. I paid {$320.00} on XXXX, {$100.00} on XXXX, {$50.00} on XXXX, and {$170.00} on XXXX. Can they legally turn me over to collections when they refused my payment arrangement, plus I was still making payments?
