Mariner Finance garnished my wages without properly notifying me. XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX notified me that a Garnishment was placed on my account XXXX XXXX, 2016. I did not receive anything in writing stating they were attempting a Garnishment. I feel this is very unfair and unjust.
