Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 24th February 2016.
The reason for my complaint is because I have had an issue with Identity theft. I have filed a police report and sent it to chex-systems and they have corrected the fraudulent information. But I have had a more recent situation in which I have faxed Chex-systems the amended police report and they have not responded to my request. There is a charged off amount reported for account abuse for {$37.00} that is a result of identity theft and there are several inquires showing on my report that are fraudulent as well. The only inquiries that should be showing on my report are with XXXX XXXX and and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I sent chex systems this information in XXXX and they have not responded to my dispute.
