Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 20th January 2016.
Contacted me on XX/XX/XXXX and I told them I will contact the Dr office and pay them directly. XXXX told me that even if I paid the Dr she was still going to file the {$30.00} bill on my credit. I told her at that time not to call me that if her office needed to contact me they can so that by mail going foward. She then told me she had another bill from a service XX/XX/XXXX. I told her she ca n't wait 5 years to contact me about a bill, that she had 3 years to make that bill known. XXXX said no she can wait 7 years. She then hung up on me. I then contacted both offices and the XX/XX/XXXX office said they should n't have waited 5 years and she did n't have the records of my bill anymore, but she will call me back. I never ears back from her. The XXXX office I left the office manager a message explaining how the company they contracted to represent them was operating and I want to pay the {$30.00} to her office. I 'm waiting on a call back. Since I made it clear to Merchants to contact me by mail, I had 2 hang up calls when I try to answer on XX/XX/XXXX and then I had a call today from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I told him that I have notice for his company to only contact me by mail he lead into telling to just pay the bill in a rude way as if talking down to a child. I told him I 'll take care of it with he XXXX XXXX and he kept talking down to me. I cut him off and told him to contact me by mail not by phone anymore. He of course wanted to carry on a verbal battle. I was also recorded without my permission. XXXX made the comment that she can play back our conversation. I told her that I did n't give her permission to record nor did she ask for my permission or let it be known she was recording.
