I have a power of attorney in which my power of attorney sent the legal document as well as the cease and desist. They were working on a settlement agreement in which was going to be a 12 month payment plan however they stated that I had to set up an auto pay in which i do not have the capability of doing. So then XXXX XXXX got involved and now refuses to speak with my power of attorney stating the document which was notarized was not valid. Refuses to even tell me why and has tried to call me knowing there is a cease and desist on file. Then even when i called she now refuses to agree to the settlement that i could afford.
