I successfully completed my Chapter XXXX bankruptcy and the discharge was sent to BSI by the court, my attorney and myself by USPS and fax. They claim to have not received it, have not cashed the final payment from the BK court and are refusing my payments because they state I am still in BK. Wait times are ex- cessive, employees are rude, calls are not returned and they are great at dumping you into emails that have no contact information and nothing is getting done. This is placing my 'fresh start ' after BK in serious jeopardy and I am beyond panicked at the thought of this ruining my future when I am clearly trying to do the right thing.
