Citibank sold debt to a series of debt collectors. The debt amounted to {$11000.00} I believe that this debt amount was a material misrepresentation. The debt collector might have used an inaccurate 29 % APR to falsely increase the total therefore increasing their potential share of the written off debt.
Please confirm if my debt was part of the recent class action lawsuit.
