I received a judgement in the mail with the plaintiff as " Equable Ascent Financial LLC '' apparently the total amount I owe is XXXX. This is extremely disturbing as I have no idea where this debt has come from. I am currently purchasing a home and because of this judgment we will not be able to close escrow until it is payed off. I have been a victim of fraud in the past and this may be another fraudulent situation.
