Complaint #1803192 submitted on 02/24/2016 relating to Experian. Complaint relates to Credit reporting - Incorrect information on credit report Account terms.

Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 26th February 2016.

Narrative (may be redacted).

Experian Report pulled on XX/XX/XXXX and Transunion Report pulled on XX/XX/XXXX show XXXX bank re aging a credit card debt charged off in XXXX to reflect a past due amount on a XX/XX/XXXX credit report for XX/XX/XXXX.. This is illegal and violates the fair credit reporting act. They ca n't say a debt is due if they have charged it off. It must be listed as disputed on my credit report and they could not verify the debt in XX/XX/XXXX. Also, they must cease and desist from how they report this debt immediately.
