wells fargo dillards never provided any proof of validity of debt with my signed signatures on any transactions or application or that any items were received by XXXX and signed for at my home all they provide is copies of a statement but no signed items and the account as a result of fraud issued by dillards without my Consent and this has causes me emotional distress that dillards wrongfully refuses to remove this fraud account from my credit reports and has not honored there XXXX fraud liability policy and have gotten nothing but rude customer service.
