I am writing this complaint because of several violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act by a representative of National Commercial Services. Several letters that failed to make clear the debt have been sent to my address and in recorded phone calls made on XXXX/XXXX/16 the representative threatened to turn me over the Department of Transportation, increase the debt should I verify the veracity of the debt, failed to read the mini Miranda, sent correspondence to my email after I told her that she could not use the address for communication and called me on my cell phone without requesting permission to contact me at that number.
I request that a full investigation of these violations of the law be made by your office and the appropriate actions against National Commercial Services take place.
