Company named Accelerated Financial Solutions , LLC have been calling me and members of my family stating that they need to deliver court appearance papers to me for a debt I owe- a payday loan. Have never applied for a payday loan and they were trying to confirm sensitive information such as my social security and telephone number. They also lied and stated that my bank confirmed the amount of the loan was transferred to my account. No record of that deposit is on my account.
