On or about XXXX/XXXX/16, XXXX XXXX from Aldon & Associates contacted my aunt XXXX XXXX by phone stating that they were looking for me for a legal case # XXXX. XXXX XXXX has never been listed on any application I have submitted. This creditor is randomly contacting individuals with the last name XXXX disclosing personal information relating to a debt I do not know about. She resides in XXXX, MO and I have not lived in XXXX in over 12 years. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX is a mental health patient whom suffers from XXXX, XXXX and has a XXXX issues. XXXX XXXX contacting her has caused her to have a XXXX and she was XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/16 because of the threatening nature of the call which set her off on worrying that there was a legal case pending against me. On XXXX/XXXX/16, XXXX XXXX received a call from the same company but from a XXXX telephone number but they left the same XXXX number for me to contact them. They are operating outside of FTC guidelines for debt collection practices and disclosing personal information to individuals that they are not legally authorized to do so.
