On XXXX I requested a full refund of {$440.00} from Best Buy for a two year renewal protection plan I purchased on XXXX that was unilaterally cancelled by Best Buy on XXXX ( four days before it was to begin ). Best Buy said Id be emailed an answer to my request in five to seven business days ( Reference XXXX ). Today is the XXXX business day and I did not get the answer I was promised, which is not surprising when you consider the following : *I purchased a laptop two year protection plan ( maintenance, accidental damage and XXXX Tech Support with XXXX ) on XXXX for {$300.00}.
*I renewed the two year protection plan on XXXX for {$440.00} ( XXXX to XXXX ).
