Well Fargo has been trying to collect on a past debt which 9 years old & purporting that I made arrangements for payments and have not promised nothing ( I am on Social Security ) Under FDCPA you can not garnish under state & federal law - Now calling with threats of suing and XXXX XXXX has said that court documents were filed in XXXX XXXX, CA - Which is a bare face lie XXXX XXXX is violating FDCPA and attempting to collect on a debt beyond statue of limitations 2007 - A letter was sent multiple times Cease & Desist - However ignored request. Wells Fargo refuses to stop calling - Want to sue!!
