The company Fortiva has provided misleading information when it comes to submitting online payments and their customer service is horrible. I normally pay all my credit cards online because I feel safer if I am able to submit an online payment. Every time i have tried to submit a payment online the website it always under maintenance no matter what time of day it is. Which leads me to believe that this method of payment is not available. This is very misleading as mentioned on the statement this is a method of payment.
