In XXXX when my credit report was run by a mortgage lender on XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was advised that an entity " Jefferson Capital System LLC '' had an account with an open date of XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. This was a debt that was purchase from XXXX that was in dispute in XXXX XXXX.
I did not receive a letter in the mail until XXXX XXXX, XXXX ; dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX.
This company not only falsified an account open and closed dated, but also did not notify me by mail, and pushed the first reported delinquency date of the account to XXXX XXXX.
Please could I get some help with this matter?
